Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is against 10 persons including the petitioner to have assaulted to the informant for trivial dispute. Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail on the ground of seriousness of allegation against 10 persons to have simultaneously assaulted to the informant. Considering the general and omnibus nature of allegation and the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 11.01.2018, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17546 of 2018 (2) dt.30-03-2018 2/2 bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sasaram (Agrer) Police Station Case No. 1443 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
