JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 08-02-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order, dated 03.08.2017, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33745 of 2017 with a liberty to renew his prayer for bail when once charge is framed.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that charge has been framed in this case and he is in custody since for about ten months and undertakes to abide all the conditions imposed on him.
Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor also. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty-five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sessions Trial No. 161 of 2017 arising out of Deodha P.S. Case No. 4 of 2017 to
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6760 of 2018 (2) dt.08-02-2018 2/2 the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, VI, Madhubani, with the conditions that one of the bailors shall be a local resident and the another would be that the petitioner shall cooperate in the trial, otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled. With the aforesaid observations, this application is disposed of.
