KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that there is allegation of assault against the petitioner and other accused persons upon informant's family members. It is further submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He has been implicated in the present case due to enmity and village politics. No specific assault has been attributed against the petitioner. The injuries are simple in nature. The petitioner is languishing behind the bar since 24.05.2017.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28954 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua, in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case no. 197 of 2017.
