The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 341/354/307/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act in connection with Parbatta (Bharatkhand) P.S. Case No. 259 of 2018.

According to FIR, the petitioner fired thrice at the husband of the informant causing injury at the chest, left abdomen and third bullet crossed touching the hand. The petitioner is in custody since 26.09.2018. The doctor has found consistent injuries on the person of the injured.

Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail is refused. The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within nine
