JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-06-2015 The two petitioners, who are brothers, apprehend their arrest in Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case No.17 of 2015 instituted under Sections-341, 323, 325, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners draws attention of this Court to the fact that the informant is the aunt of the petitioners. There appears to be a family dispute. He further draws attention of the Court to the injury reports which do not corroborate the allegation as made in the F.I.R. of assault by iron rod and breaking of hands.
Be that as it may, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioners above-named shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of like amount
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17958 of 2015 (02) dt.10-06-2015 2/2 each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad (T) P.S. Case No.17 of 2015, subject to all conditions as laid down in Section-438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
