15.06.2015 Taking into consideration that the petitioner was not named in the F.I.R., but in the nature of description shown as "Chhota Devar, Naam Nahin Malum", police is trying to arrest him, when the husband has already been acquitted with the charges in the same said case. Matter relates to the year 2003.

In view of the above anticipatory bail application is allowed. Let the petitioner above-named in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 15,000/- (fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned F.T.C.-1, Gopalganj, in connection with Kateya P. S. Case No. 101 of 2003, which shall be abide by the terms
