By the impugned order the learned court below has rejected the petition filed by the petitioner alleging interpolation in the rejoinder filed on behalf of the defendant-State of Bihar. The learned court below after perusal of the records as well as hearing the parties has come to the finding that there is no interpolation, as alleged. This Court, therefore, does not find that any illegality or material irregularity has been committed by the learned court below in passing the impugned order. The application is, accordingly, dismissed.
