Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Begusarai Town P.S.Case No. 510 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is of transferring money of the Bank to her husband and another person and later on her husband has withdrawn the amount.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the whole prosecution case is false and concocted and it is not possible to transfer the amount from the Bank without having any connivance with the Bank personnel and her husband, against
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12214 of 2018 (3) dt.04-04-2018 2/2 whom there is allegation that he withdrew the amount, has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 19.1.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 57275 of 2017.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Begusarai Town P.S.Case No. 510 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
