JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 20-06-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the Housing Board. The grievance of the petitioner in the present case is that he has paid price fixed by the Pricing Committee with protest and his objection as to the calculation is pending before the Housing Board.
There is no decision on the part of the Housing Board on the objection raised by the petitioner on the calculation of interest and fixation of price by the Pricing Committee. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed
Patna High Court CWJC No.10597 of 2014(2) dt.20-06-2019 2/2 of with direction to the Housing Board to take appropriate decision on the objection filed by the petitioner, if not already taken within a period of four months.
However, in order to facilitate the Housing Board, the petitioner is directed to file fresh representation raising objection factually and legally for fixation of price by the Pricing Committee so that the Housing Board may take appropriate decision within a period of four months from the date of filing of such representation.
