1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(a) For issuance of writ of Mandamus, commanding the concerned authority to regularize the service of the petitioner with effect from 05-03-1993 to 27-12-1993, when the petitioner gave his joining before the Civil Surgeon, Hazaribagh vide the Health Department notification no-149 dated 25-021993/02-03-1993, whereby the petitioner was

Patna High Court CWJC No.4133 of 2022(2) dt.23-01-2024 2/2 posted as Yunani Medical officer at Additional Primary Health Center, Kanhachatti, Chatra, Hazaribagh.

(b) For issuance of the writ of Mandamus commanding the concerned department to pay the arrears of salary with interest for the said period to the petitioner from 05-03-1993 to 27-12-1993, whereby the Civil surgeon, Hazaribagh denied his joining and kept him (petitioner) in mandatory waiting period by asking for the confirmation and guidance from the Health Department of Bihar, keeping the petitioner attached to his office without giving him any charge and waited for the confirmation from the department."

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
