Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 13/05/2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.15190/ 2022.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that charge has already been framed in this case on 22/09/2022 and petitioner is in custody since 01/12/2021. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
