2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 481/25 for the offence under sections 334(1), 303(2) of the BNS lodged on 19.10.2025 by the informant, Ajay Kumar Gupta.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that he runs a kirana shop and in the morning when he came to the shop, he found a number of articles missing/stolen. In the CCTV footage, three people were seen getting down from the motorcycle, one of which had injury on his leg and the blood of the injured person was also found on the floor of the house. This led to the FIR.

4. Subsequently, during the investigation, the police reached the doorstep of the petitioner and recovered stolen items

5. Though, learned counsel for the petitioner tried to show his innocence, learned APP opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail submitting that the chain is completed and the stolen articles of the informant have been found in the house of petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, no relief can be granted.
