JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 17-11-2017 The present petition has been filed for transfer of Matrimonial Case No. 230 of 2016 from the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Madhubani to the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Darbhanga.

2. The solitary ground pleaded on behalf of the petitioner seeking transfer is that she is unable to travel from Madhubani to Darbhanga owing to threat to her life.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner however, is unable to substantiate with reference to even a single instance or other circumstances to support the plea of threat to her life.

4. This Court therefore, is not inclined to interfere in the matter. The petition stands dismissed.
