Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have already filed their representation before the concerned Authority for redressal of their grievance but till date

Patna High Court CWJC No.4203 of 2022(3) dt.20-06-2024 3/3 no order has been passed.

Considering this fact, I hereby dispose of the present writ application with a direction to the petitioners to file a fresh representation, annexing all the supporting documents, before the respondent no.3 within a period of four weeks and the respondent no.3 is well advised to pass a reasoned and speaking order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners or their counsels within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of the representation of the petitioners. Needless to say that if an order is not passed on the representation of the petitioners, the respondent no.3 shall be personally held liable for non-compliance of the order of this Court.
