The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 420, 467, 468, 471, 477A of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is that he was doing medical practice on a forged and fabricated certificate. It is submitted that petitioner, on enquiry, by Incharge Civil Surgeon, Katihar on 30.01.2016 produced his certificate issued by T.M.E.H., Medical College, Khagaria of alternative medicine. No patient made any complaint against the petitioner.

Considering the fact that petitioner admitted to have got certificate of alternative medicine, the above named petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13919 of 2016 (3) dt.27-06-2016 2/2 in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in Khagaria (Mufassil) P.S. Case No. 69 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
