The petitioner has been in custody since 07.06.2017 in connection with Rampur Chouram P.S. Case No. 21 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 386/387/412/34of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B) a/26/27/35 of the Arms Act and Sections 16(1)(B)/17/18(A)/20/40 of the U.P.A. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and there has been no recovery from his conscious possession. It is further submitted that save and except one other case, the petitioner is not indicted in any other case.
