It has been alleged by the informant that he had flouted direction of the accused persons namely Bipin Kumar, Chunnu Yadav, Ram Pravesh Yadav, Dhanush Yadav as they were insisting to remove the house on the pretext that after Panchayati, proper steps will be taken. From further statement of the informant recorded under Para-3 of the case diary, it is evident that he had not claimed to have seen any of the accused while setting ablaze the hut rather had shown suspicion against them. That being so, petitioner, Bipin Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
