2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 312 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 356 of the Indian Penal Code. Subsequently, Sections 302/201/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code has been added.

3. The petitioner's name transpired during the course of investigation. It has come that the deceased in a drunken condition tried to commit rape and the accused persons are relatives of Rekha Devi who have assaulted the victim who died.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 20.08.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19303 of 2024(2) dt.02-04-2024 2/2 Informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. He submits that no rape attempt was made on Rekha Devi and the story has been concocted by the petitioner.

Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM XIV, Patna concerned court in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 312 of 2023.
