15-06-2015 Two petitioners, who were father-in-law and motherin-law of the deceased, have prayed for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Fulwaria P.S.Case No.03 of 2015 registered for the offence under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. In this case, as per the F.I.R, the daughter of the informant was married two years back and she was done to death. I have examined the materials available on record. I do not find any ground for extending the privilege of anticipatory bail. The petition stands dismissed.
