JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 29-03-2019 The petitioner, who is rendering her services as Vikash Mitra in the concerned Panchayat has not been paid her salary from January, 2018 till date. No reason has been ascribed for non-payment of salary even after the work is being taken from her. Several representations have been made by the petitioner before the concerned authorities, but to no avail.

2. This Court, therefore directs the petitioner, under the aforesaid circumstances, to make a fresh representation before the District Welfare Officer, Madhepura (respondent No. 2), detailing her grievances

Patna High Court CWJC No.4898 of 2019 dt.29-03-2019 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today.

3. On receipt of such representation, the District Welfare Officer, Madhepura (respondent No. 2) shall, after verifying the facts, pass orders in accordance with law within a further period of six weeks thereafter.

4. With the aforesaid observation/direction the writ petition stands disposed off.
