The petitioner is seeking regular bail in Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 429 of 2017 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and the allegation that he had purchased stolen motorcycle is not correct. Learned counsel for the State is present.

Considering the facts and circumstances, particularly that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 15,000/- (Fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
