06-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Informant was informed by the Officer-in-charge that one Sudama Kumar, Dhiraj Kumar, Vikash Kumar along with 2-3 persons were engaged in trading of wine illegally as well as they have procured the same and have concealed in 'masuria' field in huge quantity whereupon police conducted raid and recovered the same, in terms of quantity shown in seizure list. It has also been alleged that during course of aforesaid exercise, two persons were standing at some distance escaped while three other persons who were sitting nearby were apprehended. Petitioners happen to be out of them who are under custody since 26.05.2017 having no criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28549 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 Accordingly, petitioners, Akash Kumar, Monu Kumar each are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Maner P.S.
