The application seeks restoration of the writ petition by extending the time granted under order dated 24.09.2012. It is stated that the petition for substitution was filed one day after the peremptory time granted by the Court. In this connection, he has drawn attention to the statement made in paragraph 7 of the restoration application.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the application is allowed. The peremptory time granted under order dated 24.09.2012 is extended to 09.10.2012.
