Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 409 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Manager of M/s Reliance Trends is informant of this case. He has alleged that the petitioner and others have purchased diesel on petro card causing loss of Rs.27,00,000/- and odd to the company.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that petro card was not in the name of the petitioner. Even if the allegation is assumed to be correct that the petitioner had knowledge about the pin number of the card, even then the message of purchase would go on the mobile of the Manager, just

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Town Police Station Case No. 01 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
