The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mansoorchak P.S. Case No. 76 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26/35/27 of the Arms Act and Section 37(b) (c) of the Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 04.10.2018 and as such he has remained in custody for more than five months. He further submits that one loaded country made pistol and three misfire cartridges were seized in the instant case.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 04.10.2018, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
