JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 02-07-2015 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal procedure is directed against the order dated 05.06.2014 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Banka in Complaint Case No. 1886 of 2013 whereby the learned Magistrate has taken cognizance of the offence punishable under Sections 323, 498-A and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegations made in the complaint do attract the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17977 of 2015 dt.02-07-2015 2 / 2 ingredients of the offences alleged. The complainant has supported the allegation in her statement made on oath. In course of inquiry, certain witnesses examined on behalf of the complainant have also corroborated the allegations made in the complaint. In that view of the matter, I do not find any error in the impugned order dated 05.06.2014 passed by the learned Magistrate. Accordingly, the application, being devoid of any merit, is dismissed.
