This application for regular bail arises out of Barhara P.S. Case No. 264 of 2019, disclosing offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 354(B), 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is evident from the First Information Report that the informant and the persons named in the F.I.R. are on litigating terms. Allegedly in respect of dispute of title over an immovable property, the occurrence had taken place when the persons named in the F.I.R., assaulted the informant, his wife and sons. Ten persons have been named in the F.I.R. Considering the genesis of occurrence, in my opinion,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16221 of 2020(2) dt.03-06-2020 2/2 a case for grant of regular bail is made out, as the petitioner is in custody since 22.10.2019. This application is accordingly allowed.

Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 264 of 2019.
