This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Pipra P.S. Case No. 130 of 2019 (G.R. No. 3071 of 2019) for the offence punishable under Sections 363 & 366-A of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady and also considering the nature of allegation against her, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
