2. This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No.261 of 2024, registered for the offences under Sections 363, 336A of the Indian Penal Code.

3. From the statement of victim girl it appears that she was in a relationship with the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 20.10.2024 and he claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

Case No.36 of 2024.
