10-06-2015 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in relation to Dinara P.S. Case No. 43 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 506, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1)(X) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the First Information Report shows that the dispute is otherwise and provisions of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, have been invoked only to make offences non-bailable.

No.17991 of 2015 (2) dt.10-06-2015 Be that as it may, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, District - Rohtas, in connection with Dinara P.S.
