The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the F.I.R., this petitioner is alleged to have caused gun shot injury.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is completely disabled with both legs and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 11.01.2022.

However, learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition and submitted that in paragraph - 5 of the impugned order, the learned court below has noticed that petitioner is only fifty percent disable from lower limbs and he is not only able to walk, but also able to fire.
