2. The present application has been filed for quashing the F.I.R being Vigilance P.S. Case No. 3 of 2013 (Special Case No. 3 of 2013) for the offence under sections 420, 467, 468, 471A, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 13(1) (d) and 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.
