The petitioner seeks bail in Basnahi P.S. Case No. 60 of 2016 registered under Sections 302, 379, 504, 323, 341, 147 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code.

Three accused persons are said to have strangulated the father of the informant to death on the order of the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is not the assailant and he is said to be only order giver. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He has been falsely implicated in this case. He has been languishing in custody since 19.04.2017.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32405 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 2/2 petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Saharsa in connection with Basnahi P.S. Case No. 60 of 2016.
