Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 504 and 34 of IPC.

It is alleged that petitioner assaulted the informant by means of garasa causing head injury to him. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. There is delay of 8 days in lodging the FIR. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
