The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 366 of 2017 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 448, 379, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and no specific allegation is attributed to him. Hence, the petitioner may be granted the privilege of anticipatory bail.
