10-06-2015 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in relation to K. Hat (Madhubani) P.S. Case No. 164/2015 registered under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner draws attention of this court to the First Information Report, wherein the petitioner is being implicated only on the statement of co-accused, who after arrest, said to have been disclosed the name of the petitioner who had run away in Tata Sumo vehicle. There is no other material to implicate the petitioner.

Be that as it may, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the petitioner, namely, Manoj Kumar Singh, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18112 of 2015 (2) dt.10-06-2015 10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnia, in connection with K. Hat (Madhubani) P.S. Case No. 164/2015, subject to condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
