2. This writ application has been filed for commanding the respondent authorities not to pay compensation amount to anybody or Respondent No. 5 as awarded vide Panchat No. 117 till the disposal of title suit bearing Title Suit No. 293 of 2005 which is pending before the Sub-Judge, Bhagalpur.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for disposal of this writ petition directing the District Land Acquisition Officer, Bhagalpur (Respondent No.

3) to dispose of the objection petitions which has been filed by

Patna High Court CWJC No.5106 of 2016(5) dt.12-01-2024 2/2 the petitioner on 25.05.2012 (Annexure-1), 03.04.2013 (Annexure-2) and 02.07.2014 (Annexure-4) before the Respondent No. 3 but the same have not been disposed of till date.

4. In view of the limited prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with direction to the District Land Acquisition Officer, Bhagalpur (Respondent No.

3) to dispose of the aforesaid objection petitions filed by the petitioner by a reasoned order after hearing the parties in accordance with law.
