The petitioner, being a juvenile, filed this revision petition for grant of bail in Arwal P.S. Case No.228 of 2019 registered under Section 22(a) and 27 of the N.D.P.S. Act. The prosecution story, as disclosed by the informant, is that the informant intercepted a motorcycle bearing Reg. No.BR-25E-8443 on which two persons were riding who disclosed their names as Himanshu Raj and Chandan Kumar. From the possession of Himanshu Raj, five small packets containing brown sugar was recovered besides the mobiles. From the possession of the petitioner, two mobiles were recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.218 of 2020(2) dt.04-06-2020 2/2 petitioner is accused in one another case but nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Taking into consideration the fact that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the petitioner is a juvenile who is in Remand Home since 25.07.2019, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Juvenile Justice Board, Jehanabad in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No.228 of 2019(Tr. No.375(J) of 2019), subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be father of the petitioner and father of the petitioner shall undertake that he will keep watch on the petitioner.
