It is submitted by petitioner's Counsel that in violation of the order passed on the petitioner's earlier writ proceeding arising out of CWJC No. 7733 of 2005, the claim of the petitioner for regularisation has been rejected under order dated 28.4.2009. He submits that though the claim was to be considered by a committee of three Secretaries as per order of the writ court, the consideration has not been done by a committee but by an individual Secretary and as such the order passed in CWJC No. 7733 of 2005 has been violated. He submits that he would be approaching the contempt jurisdiction. In view of such submission, the writ petition is disposed of.
