Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No.260 of 2017, registered under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

Allegation in brief is that one loaded country made pistol and seven live cartridges were recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and has been in custody for the last six months and there is no other case under the Arms Act rather one case is under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19393 of 2018(2) dt.04-04-2018 2/2 petitioner Deogir Sharma is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Jehanabad in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No.260 of 2017.
