The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint case No. 2081C/2012 for the offences allegedly committed by the petitioner under Section 498A of the IPC.

It appears that complaint was filed in the year 2012 and summon was issued to the petitioner on 02.11.2013 but the petitioner moved the court for grant of anticipatory bail in the year 2016 before the Sessions Judge, Araria and the same was rejected on 08.08.2016 and after more than two and half years the petitioner filed this petition for grant of anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. BKS/- (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) U T
