The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Lakhisarai (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 30 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 354A, 376, 511, 509, 504, 506, 34 of the IPC and Section 8/18 of the POCSO Act. Allegation against the petitioner is that he tried to outrage the modesty of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. It is apparent from para 9 of the petition that there is animus relation between the family members of the both parties due to which the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this present case. It is further submitted that the victim was in love affairs with the

Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Lakhisarai (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 30 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special Judge POCSO Court, Lakhisarai.
