The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jurawanpur P.S. Case No. 121 of 2020 dated 27.10.2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he has fired upon Dilip Rai from his gun causing injury to him. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both the parties are neighbours and there was free fight between them due to land dispute causing filing of case and counter case. Learned counsel further submits that the medical report does not corroborate gun shot injury. The petitioner is in jail custody

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hajipur, Vaishali in connection with Jurawanpur P.S. Case No. 121 of 2020.
