06-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

During course of patrolling a tempo was signalled to stop whereupon, the occupants tried to flee who were apprehended and are petitioners. Furthermore, on search nineteen pieces of 375 ml and twelve pieces of 750 ml foreign wine of Indian origin were seized for which, petitioner no.1, driver had disclosed to be belonging to one Bhupendra. Both the petitioners are under custody since 07-05-2017 having fair antecedent as per para-3. Accordingly, petitioners Saddam Hussain, Parmod Kumar each are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28571 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran in connection with Awatarnagar P.S. Case No.21/2017.
