2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 137(2), 87, 3(5) of the BNS, 2023, registered in connection with Sasaram Town P.S.Case No. 624 of 2024.

3. As per allegation, the petitioners were instrumental in kidnapping the daughter of the informant.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that, as a matter of fact, co-accused Sonu Sai and the daughter of the informant had love and affection and both of them had eloped. The petitioners are mother and father of Sonu Sai and that is why they have falsely been implicated out of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15191 of 2025(6) dt.10-11-2025 2/2 vendetta. They are the persons of clean antecedents.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Rohtas, Sasaram in connection with Sasaram Town P.S.Case No. 624 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) CrPC/482(2) of the BNSS.
