The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 368 of 2019 registered under Section 30/30(a)/38(i)(ii) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused has already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 9356 of 2020 on 02.03.2020.

However, petitioner is agreed to deposit Rs. 80,000/- (Rs. Eighty thousand) in the Juvenile Justice Fund of the State Social Welfare Department.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20099 of 2020(4) dt.28-10-2021 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge Excise, Saran at Chapra in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 368 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) utkarsh/- U T
