JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 01-05-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Mahkar P.S. Case No. 174 of 2017, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal code and later on added Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the accused persons including the petitioner is of assaulting the father of the informant causing injury and also to the informant and later on father of the informant died during the treatment.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is a lady and no specific allegation has been attributed against her and she has no criminal antecedent. Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides and considering the fact that

No.14465 of 2019(3) dt.01-05-2019 2/2 the petitioner is a lady and no specific allegation has been attributed against her, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/-( Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection Mahkar P.S. Case No. 174 of 2017, subject to that condition that laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
