JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-07-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State via video conferencing. By way of the present application, the petitioner has sought for pre-arrest bail in connection with Silao P.S. Case No.144 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379 and 411 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of the offence in which name of the petitioner transpired during investigation, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. The application is rejected. In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same shall be considered on its own merits without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
