Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 341, 323, 332, 337, 338, 295, 295A, 153A, 307, 435, 436, 427, 504, 506, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioner is said to have been identified in one of the communal groups which created communal disharmony and rioting.

Considering the general and omnibus allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Phulwari
