Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that earlier petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by order dated 14.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22842 of 2022, whereby petitioner was directed to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order, but the petitioner could not surrender within time, as he was out of State for earning his livelihood and due to communication gap, time granted for furnishing bail bond lapsed.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19746 of 2023(2) dt.29-03-2023 2/2 In view of the aforesaid fact, six weeks further time from the date of receipt of this order is allowed to the petitioner to surrender in the court below.
